YAMIVIO FIELD NOTES / CREATE

How to turn your lyrics into an AI-generated song

Create a new song in Yamivio from complete lyrics, a musical brief and a preset or authorized voice reference.

The short answer

Use Create when you do not have a source song and want to generate a new one. Supply the complete lyrics, describe the musical direction, choose a preset vocal character or an authorized voice reference, and select a duration. The current studio requires lyrics; a text brief alone is not its complete submission workflow.

Prepare words and a musical brief

Write your lyrics with clear [Verse] and [Chorus] labels. The brief describes the music, while the lyric field contains the words to sing. Keep stage instructions out of sung lines when you do not want them interpreted as lyrics.

Use lyrics you wrote or have permission to adapt. If you upload a voice reference, use your own voice or one explicitly authorized for the intended use. Preset vocal characters are available when you do not want to upload a reference.

1. Describe the sound

Give the studio a concise direction: genre, mood, instruments and how the verse and chorus should differ. 'Warm indie pop with quiet verses, live drums and an open chorus' is easier to evaluate than several contradictory styles.

A title is optional. The current duration control ranges from 10 to 360 seconds in five-second steps. Pick a duration that gives your sections room; it is a generation request, not a promise that every intended phrase will fit perfectly.

2. Choose the vocal direction

Choose a preset vocal character, or select the upload option and provide a clean authorized voice reference. The upload accepts MP3, WAV, FLAC and M4A up to 100 MB; the interface recommends a 15–60 second reference.

Creativity and energy are direction controls. Lower creativity generally asks for a closer interpretation of the brief, while higher creativity asks for more variation. Energy concerns musical intensity and density rather than simply output volume.

3. Submit and review

Sign in, verify your email and check the current allowance or points estimate. Confirm the input-rights requirement, submit once and use the task center to follow progress.

When the task succeeds, compare the words, section structure, vocal clarity and musical direction against your brief. Keep the prompt and lyrics with the version you download. A successful render is not automatically a finished, publication-ready master.

  • Check whether all intended sections are present.
  • Listen for crowded lyric lines and unclear words.
  • Change one input or setting per revision so you can compare decisions.

INPUT EXAMPLE — NOT A GENERATED RESULT

Original song input example

Brief: Warm indie pop, gentle guitar and live drums. Keep the verse intimate and let the chorus open up.

[Verse]
The window holds the morning sky
A little light is passing by

[Chorus]
We have a road, we have a day
A quieter song to lead the way

The words and brief are illustrative inputs written for this guide, not a claimed generated song.

Frequently asked questions

Can I submit only a prompt?

The current Create studio requires the lyric field as well as a ready vocal choice and rights confirmation. Supply complete lyrics rather than assuming prompt-only submission is supported.

Do I need to upload a voice?

No. You can choose one of the preset vocal characters instead of uploading a voice reference.

Can I reuse an existing song as the source?

For changing an existing recording, choose Singer, Lyrics, Remix or Repaint according to the kind of edit. Create starts a new song rather than taking a source-song input.
